This policy explains what personal data SlotsReady collects on slotsready.com, why, and the rights you have. We’re based in Malta, so the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Malta’s Data Protection Act apply. We also follow Canada’s PIPEDA principles for visitors from Ontario and Alberta.
The short version
- We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
- We don’t sell your data or build advertising profiles.
- Our host keeps standard server logs for security.
- If you email us, we keep your message only as long as we need it.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is SlotsReady, Malta. Contact us about anything in this policy at privacy@slotsready.com.
2. What we collect, why, and for how long
| Data | Why we use it | Legal basis (GDPR) | How long |

| Security data: IP address and details of failed log-in attempts | To block attacks on the site’s admin area | Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) | As long as needed to prevent attacks |
| Emails you send us: name, email address, message | To reply and keep a record of business correspondence | Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), or steps before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) for business enquiries | Up to 2 years after our last exchange, unless the law requires longer |
We don’t collect special category data, and we don’t make decisions about you by automated means or profiling.
3. Cookies
We don’t set analytics or advertising cookies, so we don’t show a cookie banner. If that ever changes, we’ll ask for your consent first. Details are in our cookie policy.
4. Casino links
When you click a link to a casino, you leave our site. If it’s an affiliate link, the casino may record that you came from us. We never receive your name, contact details or banking information, only anonymous totals such as sign-ups and deposits for commission purposes. The casino’s own privacy policy covers everything you do there.
5. Who we share data with
We use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf under contract:
- Bluehost (Newfold Digital Inc., USA): website hosting and server logs
- Automattic Inc. (USA): Jetpack security features that protect the site’s log-in area
- Google LLC (USA): email handling for messages sent to our @slotsready.com addresses
We may also disclose data if the law requires it. We don’t sell personal data.
6. Transfers outside the EU
These providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for details of the safeguards used.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the data we hold about you (access and portability)
- correct data that is wrong (rectification)
- delete your data (erasure)
- limit how we use it (restriction)
- stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests (objection)
- withdraw any consent you’ve given, at any time
Email privacy@slotsready.com. We’ll reply within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity. You can also complain to Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner or, in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
8. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), admin access is protected, and we keep software up to date.
9. Children
This site is for adults only. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 19 in Ontario or 18 in Alberta.
10. Changes
We’ll update the date at the top when this policy changes, and highlight significant changes on this page.
